Buying Flat in Prestige Palms whitefield

Hello ,

I am planing to buy a flat in prestige palms.The location is good and is accessible to major IT offices incwhitefield.But there are some problems with this property..

1.Owners dont have khata of the property.They say khata is yet to be received from buider.

As this is from reputed buider the question is why buider was not able to get khata tranfer even after 5 yrs of possession.

2. From outside the whole buiding has cracks.which they have patched.I  dont see this kind of cracks even in C tier building.Looks very bad. Some say its just surface level cracks which may go if the building is painted.

I request everyone who can answer these question genuinely would be a great help.

Did you finally buy it?

I saw a flat in Prestige Palms yesterday. I liked the location but there are just too many cracks in the building.

Yes I have bought it after understanding that it is only surface level cracks.

Prestige palm is located very near to ITPL and very calm place to live.

This property is having A khatha and cracks are minor superficial.

Why Prestige Palms Association is charging Rs.1000/- (non refundable) for moving in/out? Even when a person moves in/out between 9am-6pm ?
Besides that, it’s taking Rs.2500/ (Refundable- depending on damage done while moving in/out)- which is quite justifiable.
No other appartment in Bangalore take Rs1000/ just for Parking Truck while moving in/out.

THE APPARTMENT OVER ALL IS SPACIOUS BUT THE ASSOCIATION IS GREEDY & THEY CHARGE UNFAIRLY !! When asked they have no logical answers , they simply say “It’s a rule”.
