GM Infinite ECity Review – electronic city phase 1


I have blocked this project and price is 2950/sqft,now,mainly for investment purpose.

Now ready to move in smondoville is with price 4000/sqft.

After the neomall comes,this will become a very hot place.

when i have enquired,Builders are into this business from 40+ years as contractors for big projects and now from few years they are aiming at big projects.

They should deliver this project as mentioned,then they will become the top class builders…and hope they will come with a transparent process like brigade,prestige and all.

40,000 sqft club house is very huge and other amenities are OK.

Water is a main concern in electronic city,they assured me of water harvesting..dont know whether they will do it or not.

Consider this. I have seen this apartment, price is good.

But since I work in pollution control board, I took sample of water in this area and get it tested in our lab. I found it highly toxic with high degree of organic and non-organic solvents. I found insecticide, herbicide, lots of organohalides and other chemical compounds like polychlorinated biphenyl, trichloroethylene,  perchlorate apart from “very-very” high level of lead, arsenic, mercury, copper and cadmium.  The levels are so high that one can get kidney, liver, central nervous system, bone, teeth and many other life threatening diseases.

This place is also “very-very” high on air pollutants including SO2, NO2,  RSPM. Most importantly this place is extremely high on NMVOCs benzene, xylene, toluene and  1,3-butadiene. Most of these carcinogens (leading to cancer, even leukemia) with prolonged exposure.

Source of these pollutants are the toxic wastes and industrial waste from the industries that are within 500 meters – 1KM of aerial distance from this site (on Bommasandra-Jigni road).  Please check in the google maps about the industries that are near to this site. Most of these are SSI, MSI and generally uncontrolled and does not have infrastructure to minimise the industrial waste.

Now it is your decision to either buy an apartment at such a place. You may save 10 lakh by living at such a place. But your and your loved once life is precious. My sincere request is not to let your kids, family (or even someone else family, if you are considering this for investment) stay in such an environment. Breathing at such a place can affect generations (by changing genetic bio-markers) including congenital deformities.

GM Infinite E-City Town is my good journey and it is more than my hope. I bought a 3 BHK Flat at low price in phase-I and now my flat price increased to double with all legally cleared documents as of now.
Its really worth of money investing in GM infinity E-City and i would suggest to buy others who is looking for better home.

Good News for 2nd phase  existing buyers ……. got good appreciation….. I have visited the site and came to know price is increased to 3450/- per sft. on phase-2, hope all 2nd phase buyers too got good appreciation within span of time, GM is creating good appreciation on our property. I heard that GM going to get BDA approvals by Aug/Sep and again increasing the price. So, this is best time for new buyers and investors. I bought one more flat in Phase-2 and already holding one flat in phase-1.

I have booked a 3 BHK Flat in GM Ecity Town Phase-I for good price and now my flat price increased to double. That is good location and many builders coming with big Residential projects like Prestige, MJR , Arat , Neo Town and etc … Phase II pre launch going now as 3450/- per sft and no one giving that price in Electronic city. Phase I construction is going very fast with good quality and with all legal documents

I don’t see any industrial pollution and water also good … Its nice residential location …. i saw Neo IT HUB and Malll is getting ready.

As per my experience We can trust and invest/buy flat in GM Ecity Town.

I have Visited GM E-City Town, Phase-I construction in and out looks very rich and beautiful.

Master Plan and Architecture is very nice and Phase – II was Approved by BDA.

I would suggest this is the  best project in Electronic city  for investors and new  buyers.

It happened for me to purchase a flat (Unit Num :A-447) at GM Infinite E City Town phase I about an year back, I had purchased at Rs 2050 per sft, now its good to know that the builder is selling at Rs 3950 per sft in the same project Phase 2, Just to mention, I work for IT Company in electronic city as an IT engineer and just started my carrier and I feel so comfortable at this age as I made an wise decision by purchasing at flat at E City Town as the project got that much of appreciation. And for youngster like me an investment yielded Rs 35 lacs plus with in an years time, I would like to thank GM Infinite for making my future more secured. This has not only happened for me, the Investment has yielded in the same pace for more than about 1000 families.
The progress of construction is at full swing and it is expected to complete before the schedule time frame and this will again save my pre emi’s as well as my current house rentals and over above my family will get an chance to live in an well crafted project in the city, the list of amenities makes my kid more exited.

Their new project the GM Infinite E city is a very good option for investment in Electronic city Phase 1. The project is located in a well-established residential area and is close to all major places such as schools, shopping areas and Metro.
