Vars Parkwood & Janani Radiance

Hi All,

I am looking to buy a 2bhk flat and found about these 2 properties Vars Parkwood & Janani Radiance in sarjapur road.

Read reviews about Vars Parkwood & found that they dont have SBI approval. Also Builder to Landowner agreement is not in place.

Janani Radiance – No idea about this project. Any one know about this?

Folks, I had bought the flat in Janani Radiance Apartment, carmelaram, Off. sarjapura road…
Seems really very good construction so far, Great Ventilation and responsive Quality Builder…

Location is a Prime Plus and main USP about the project.
Its very near to upcoming RGA IT Teach Park, Sarajapura (~2km). so in future its really a great place to invest.

No doubt in this. Besides having G+10 Sanctity Apartment construction is in full form. Huge DSR township named “DSR ONE” (1100 Flats) is going to come just 1km away from this project in future.

There is already G+8 Arrat Adora building is existing in front of Janani Radiance and all flats are occupied over there, so Janani radiance is not at all in deserted area.
