I am looking to book a flat in Nishant Prime in whitefield..Can someone throw some light on this project?

Hi Abhishek, even I am planning to book one in Nishant Prime. If you are ok, can we visit the place together ? I believe people will not have much idea since this is just their second project.

I believe they are still quoting Rs.2950 and would hike the rate shortly. This is negotiable though. We (at least five of us) are planning to visit Nishant Pride (their 1st project in Bangalore) this Saturday (13th April’13) around 11:00 AM. Suggest look at the site from Google Map. We did visit Nishant Pride last Saturday (13th April 2013) and spoke to one of the association members. They gave an excellent feedback on the builder’s nature & commitment, building construction & overall satisfaction level. We had a feel-good factor on this project and went around the campus to have a glimpse. The only issue they had was related to CC & OC. It’s best to speak to the builder on these certificates and get things clarified before anyone makes a final decision. I am yet to speak to the builder on the same. Thanks.

Hello all, I am also thinking of booking a 2 BHK flat here. I went for a site visit on 21-st April. I could visit the ground floor of B block, the construction looks fine. The area is bit inside, about 2 kms from mainroad and close to agricultural land. The road just in front side is called Harohalli road, which is mud road. Please share your opinions, about the reputation of the builders and the completion date (theyare telling may 2013) and the booking experience.

I spoke to the builder directly in terms of CC & OC and this is what he told me politely. He is going to give CC at the end of May 2013 when all the pillars of the A-block are constructed. However, towards an OC, he would have to take an approval as per the modified plan. He did say that it might take time but he is going to provide the same at his own cost. I did like the way the guys spoke to each of one us and really happy with the customer experience. The booking experience has been really good so far.

One general word of caution from my side to all the buyers:
Please do verify the paperwork from a reputed lawyer..This gives you a peace of mind even before you go into an agreement..I do recommend a site visit to the 1st project “Nishant Pride” and get a 1st person feedback from the owners..Verbal assurances like CC & OC sound good but they should keep these promises made to the buyers..Thanks guys !!!

Also, I am a bit confused on the SBA, CBA etc ……. 2BHK with SBA 1100 will have a CBA of how much ??
Hi guys, also Nishant Prime is asking for 15% downpayment whereas the general policy is 20%? Why is that …….. and are they really agreeing for a 15% downpayment ?
