Hi Ankur, Krishna,

Thanks for your response.

I visited the site and had a look at the model apartment, didn’t had much of the interaction with the sales guy as had limited time.

Can you please share your experience, the things you like about the project which made you book an apartment over there.

There are few apprehensions about their capability to deliver, since this is first residential project.

Regards

Anil

Hi Anil,

I liked the location most and best thing about this property is that no high rise will come either at the back nor in front of this property. Back side is Adarsh and front is road.

Although they are first timers somehow I believe they will deliver what they have shown to establish there name in Bangalore builder community.

Regards,

Ankur

Hi All,

Can you please tell the rate at which you have booked ? Which type/floor ? Also let me know the concerns.

Just looked at their site. It’s their first residential project though they have come up with 2 commercial spaces but there was no link to those other than their pics.

Thanks.

Hi Ankur, Krishna,

I also liked their project and planning to book. Can you please share your concerns with me also at . I think most of the people will have concerns regarding their ability to deliver since they are coming up with their first residential project of this scale in bangalore.

Hi All, I visited the site and liked the project and looking to book it. I am looking for 1910 sq feet, would like to hear feedback about the project from this forum.

Hi Rohit,

My feedback is positive. Have you already booked the same.  I have created a DNR community in common floor so folks who have booked can join and we can discuss the same on alias.

Hi All, had a look and my feedback on the specs is positive..however going through the expected completion dates mentioned in the last few months, I am a bit worried… they seem to have pushed the dates by nearly 6 months already…worried about timely delivery considering that this is their first project.

Scot,

Can you please let us know how did you get the about 6 months delay?

Hi Ankur, I have booked in DNR Atmosphere this Sunday.

Krishna, If one looks at previous advts in real estate sites, the completion date seems to be originally published as Sep 2015 (Now being stated as Apr 2016).

Advt in 99 Acres  shows completion date as Sep 2015,  Magic bricks and common floor has it as October 2015 as of today. The advertiser is shown as Builder (DNR).

I really like the specs and the location, only concern at this stage is ability to deliver on time.

hi ankur, krishna,

I visited the DNR atmosphere site today. Project seems to be nice, location wise. What is your feedback? What made you book the apartment?

Also which block have you guys booked and why?

Hi,

I also visited the site yesterday and was quite impressed with the quality of the model room design and fixtures. However the big concern is that it is a first time developer and as some of you have mentioned concerns. Please provide insights. I have also applied for membership to the Common floor group. Please approve.

Thanks.
Madhav

A rate of 5000+ per sqft for a new builder is crazy. you guys otta be kidding me.  How many of you have seen the peak hour traffic jams on kundanahalli gate. It take almost half n hour, sometimes more to cross that 1.5-2 km stretch from kundanahalli to marathahalli? you pay INR 1 cr (and more) and then get stuck on the road for at least half an hour twice a day? Plus pay money to the tanker mafia to get water in the apt ! my personal view is, if i am shelling out my hard earned 1 Cr then i dont want to compromise an even a single parameter ! in case of DNR i see lot of compromises – (1) new builder (2) no brand name (3) ability to deliver (4) no cauvery water (5) rely on tanker mafia (6) terrible traffic ! anyways these are my personal reasons, you are welcome to disagree with me.
