The locality is very good and this is one of the mahaveer’s prestigious project till date.

But, Only concern we have is the High Tension Wire and a pole (which is standing huge upto 12th floor) inside the compound wall. Eventhough the distance they told that they would leave is quiet sufficient, i am not sure about the impact of that much current passing through your house.

It is the 220KVA line which is passing through and is the biggest power transmission wire ever in bangalore.

I am not sure whether they would remove the pole (it is impossible), but many apartments in bangalore are built near to pole or high tension wires.

You can decide on this. But, for living and investment this is the best option and they are giving a good price as this is the prelaunch.

hi, Major problem with this area is Kundana Halli gate, what ever you do from Marathahalli to  kundana halli gate takes approx 30 – 40 mins in peak ours.. and ideal time after 10.30 pm to 7.30 am when we don’t drive :-).

Another problem soon after coming out of  Mapel there is U turn towards Kundanahalli gate, taking this U turn would be a major bottle neck.. we have to wait for 10 mins for sure..

this project looks to be built in 2 acres land and 164+ apartments.. not sure if this is ideal situation when we pay so much..  price is around 3900/- and wait time is 3 year.. pls comment if its worth waiting for such a long time  ?.

Reviews on Reddy builders (Mahaveer) is not good..

Am not biased just asking opinion ..

yes the location is really nice…. the sales guys are now quoting 4500.. this seems to be quite expensive. also, the review on the builder is not very good…. well the sales personnel tells this project is… so called platinum homes and we can expect good quality.

can someone plz put some light on this project…
