ok.. This project is right next to the Kumar iLife Apartments. One can get Resales in iLife (3 BHK 1800) for around 80 pre negotiation. Why would anyone pay the same amount for a project that is yet to be started? Also the track record of SJR is not very good (ask people living in SJR redwoods etc neat outer ring road-sarjapur road junction). No wonder they are trying to hide all mention of SJR in the ads (SJR primecorp and SJR all belong to the same group. Don’t be fooled)
