Zonasha Retreat – Location, Price, Review, Public Opinion & More

2026 Update: Zonasha Retreat, Now Ready-to-Move With Resale Activity

The original post below is from 2011, written when this plotted layout was newly launched. Here’s the current picture as of August 2026:

  • Status: ready to move — plots are occupied and available on resale, located at Sadaramangala/K R Puram, Bangalore East.
  • Current pricing varies significantly by listing and plot size, from roughly Rs. 1.08 crore up to Rs. 2.6+ crore for larger plots — treat any single figure as a starting point, not a quote, and confirm against the specific plot size you’re considering.
  • RERA status is unclear: multiple listing sites either state the project is not RERA-registered or don’t have the information — this is worth resolving directly with the developer (Zonasha Estates and Projects) and the Karnataka RERA portal before proceeding, since a plotted layout without clear RERA status warrants extra diligence on title and approvals.

Treat the pricing and details below this line as 2011 launch context, not current status.

“In 2009 I was in search of a property. Before I could finalize one, I had so many questions: was the location right? could I rely on the builder? was the price quoted the same for everyone? what should I know before I issue the cheque? — and many more questions that kept coming to mind. With no platform, I started harshasagar.com to help myself out. 15 years later, these questions still come to me whenever I think about buying another property. There’s no shortage of platforms today — social media, WhatsApp, and more. But if you’ve still got a question or something to share, this place is still here for you.”— Harsha Sagar, founder
