Pathetic!!!….just beware. They never live up-to their commitment n promises. Foyer City association in EC had to forcibly take over management from them before completion…
Anyone booked apartment in this project? Are there any negatives with this project or the builder? Appreciate an honest feedback.Want to know more about builders and their other projects.
Builder is UnProfessional and UnOrganized . There is too much delay in Project Completion.
it is the one of the good apartment but bad thing is builder will take money very hight cost carparking is 3000000 is too much and hollow bricks are not good
hi Friends,
This is costliest project in the city. Manmohan will not give any discounts. They need money than customers. The project structures is not good and constructed with hallow bricks.Who give the guarantee for coming 30 years. This fellows will hands up if any thing will happen on structures. No confidence on structures and at 7 floors of height.how BBMP fellows give the approval for such a kind of apartments. This will collapse even in very low range of vibration in land and earthquake effect is more on this.Too much of price which leads worst bussiness.planning to go with other apartments.
1. The “hallow” bricks you are talking about is Wienerberger bricks. They are increasingly being used in modern constructions. Also since they are expensive, no builder will use it to save costs but use it because it provides genuine benefits including greater safety
2. With regards to price, it is a function of a lot of variables such as the locality, existing infrastructure and future prospects.
While you are entitled to your own opinions, it would be a good idea to do some research before posting/bad mouthing a project
This project is not value for money. The actual pricing for this project comes to around 3900 per sqft (if you include the exorbitant 3 lacs for car parking and poor carpet area). Even most A grade builders charge around 2.5 lacs for parking.
Besides, they are using hollow bricks for a 7-storey construction. No good builder does that.
If you check their previous project in Thubarahalli , you can clearly see cracks at the first and second floor from the front side.
Moreover, no open spaces.

Hi,
Please go and measure any of flat the carpet area, it is correct and comes around 78%.
Regards,
Sudeep
Hello,
Visited the site last weekend. The construction seem to be going on in full swing but I am not sure if they can stick to their claim of possession by March 2013. Although the price is a bit high for the area, the specs are good. Hope the builder can deliver on what is promised. I am planning to book a flat here and would like to talk to some of you who have already booked in Foyer Infinity.
Please email me on and leave you phone number. I will call you back.
Thanks
DRS
Mahaveer Tranquil will be a 100% better option than Foyer
how much sqft, whats the total cost.. whats the parking rate there?
why?
Any idea what % is booked and the current construction stage ? Any one sees any legal issues based on sk’s and Kondal Rao’s comments below
I visited their site but they are not ready to negociate on price even there is road in between the apartment and the carpet area is only 72% . they have done some false calculataion and saying 78%. I am not only location is good otherwise i wouldn’t like they way they are treating the customer. Price is also very high around 3800/sqft.
Dear Rachana
i will not agree with your comment can you kindly come to site and show me the false calculation of carpet area. kindly don’t comment just like that.
“come to site and show me” in the above post Mr manmohan seems like a Foyer employee !!!
btw i checked online he is actually Manmohan Jupally from
Foyer Constructions Pvt Ltd
Mobile:8088552347, 8050100014 !!!!
u can see his name in a lot of foyer online ad posts
Mr Mohan.
Hope you have not included the wall thickness to calculate the carpet area. Please confirm.
Based on calculation of 73% carpet area (which is correct), it is almost 1.4 lacs extra which i will have to shell out to buy this apartment in addition to the enormous 3 lacs for parking. Rethinking on investment!
parking is too expensive in this project.
Dear Rachna.
The calculation is Correct. Please do not bad mouth a project with wrong facts. I am a consumer at Foyer and am totally satisfied with the carpet area calculation. Please bring correct facts before stating an Opinion.
Dear Siddharth,
Really appreciate if you could provide the details of your calculation. Even my calculation shows 73% carpet area for opal block (design 3)… hope the car park area is not included.
Thanks!
Hi,
I visited Foyer Infinity project site today. Planning to book a flat there. Don’t see any significant negative points about it; though little concerned about the completion date which builder is promising March 2013. Progress of last few towers – Emrald and Ruby – is very slow.
Also has anyone who has booked or planning to book sees any issues with road crossing the society. Builder says it is his property and he is just obliging the villagers so that they can cross the land as they are doing so for over 50 years.
Apart from that great location in terms of closeness with ITPB. Price being quoted by them is 3675-3700.
If anyone booked please email me at
Thanks.
I had the following concerns.
1. bad smell coming from the drain
2. I think it will be congested in the second half of the project, due to narrow nature of the land
3. didnt see any lobby type entrance for each block, I think the entrance for the remaining building is from the basement parking lot ( have to enquire with the builder)
4. Car parking charge of 3 lakh seems too high, as Mana was offering at 1.5 lakh
i really liked the plan and i have booked. i found this one as the best for investment considering the distance from ITPB and other IT companies, Malls. Etc. No doubt. this is the best.. more over i have seen some foyer projects theyhave done it very well.
Can u pls. let me know Foyer’s previous projects, please (couldn’t find any).
I visited the property and didnt see any road through it. It is situated adjacent to slums which is a put off. But my major concern is apart from the first 2 towers, the other towers are looking far from finished. I think they are bound to default on their possession date which 2012. Does anyone have any info on previous Foyer projects? Have they defaulted/delayed project handover before? Will be very grateful for any feedback!!
Can somebody please tell me the current status of this property. i am looking for an investment purpose. Also, what is the current price and construction stage.
Hi,
Please contact me on my email – id : if anyone of you is buying an appartment here since am also interested in this property.
Atul
Interesting that almost 60% of the poll points towards this being a good investment. One of the highest on this site. Seems like the positives for this project by far outweighs the negatives.
Did you book an apartment at foyer infinity?
Yes I have booked one in Opel block.
Is there a raod from middle of the proerty ?????????? i didnt notice this. Even i went to see the site location but was dissapointed by the locality slum near to this appartment and not much open spaces and the cost they are qouting currently 3500/- is way high when comapred to the location, quality, neighbourhood & Brand of the builder, Overall Dissatisfied.
Hi Troy. I dont agree with your assessment. The locality is top notch. There are 5 hotshot malls in the 5km radius. Plus metro would be coming to the locality to.. Check the map

Even I also did not see any road through the property. If some one has any knowledge about that please share. It can be a big concern for the buyers.
Hi,
Visited the Foyer Site few things that I didnt like:-
1) there was a storm water drain right next to boundary wall,
2) the approach road to the site is through slum.
3) Didnt feel there was much open spaces.
4) only 10-12 visitor parking for project that has 200 flats.
Things I liked,
Great location, stones throw away from ITPL, Sathya Sai Hospital, schools and malls.
Rate is Decent.
you get a private garden if flat is on 1st floor, and a study for some 2BHK flats
Found the sales person honest no tall claims.
I will however wont be buying their because I want more open spaces and want a nicer neighbourhood.
Hello Mr Sk do you know that more than ninty percent of Apartments in Bangalore are done through Joint development Agreement wher the Devloper will construct and sell his share of apartments through Power of attorney, You understand the basics first. As I said in the beginning in more than ninty percent apartments the Devloper is not the land owner. If you can explain the problems in my documents you are welcome and Iam ready to rectify them, but this is not fair to blame others without going through the documents properly. For your information this project is approved by all major banks and every bank has their panel of advocates who are experts in this matters.
Mr. Kondal Rao,
Either you have not read my reply or understood it. PoA is very common in Bengaluru.I have mentioned it in my earlier comment. I haven’t blamed anybody. I have written from a buyer’s perspective who put in their life time money into real estate. You shouldn’t have felt offended if your papers are correct. You should have used such an inquiry as a reference for other buyers.
I totally agree with you SK. Everywhere they have loop holes and cheating customers.
We have inquired about the project. The company does not own the land. The current owner of the plot is a GPA holder of some other people(I guess GPA is very common in Bangalore real estate market). If it is not a proper Power of Attorney, it might create some legal issues later. Please verify the documents before you enter into any kind of agreement. Also there is a road through the middle of the property. The builder is trying to ensure the safety and privacy of the buyers by building an under pass.
I did not see any road through the middle of the property. Can you please elaborate on it.It can be a real concern for the buyers.
Has anyone booked apt in this project? Are there any negatives with this project or the builder? Appreciate an honest feedback.
