Any views on property appreciation for this project, down the line, 3-4 yrs, looking from investment purpose , and thinking of giving it on rent and then sell it out after sometime,
I suppose, due to interior and 1 KM approach road is not that good, may not go up for 4-5 year

For sai sri project i am not sure how many flats are left out of total 88 . As sometime back the builder was saying they have already sold 70%. Near by svs Windgates is recently lunched and the price is almost same also , but the only concern is its near to railway track.

I have also visited SVS windgates. yes its very near to railway track. When i asked builder he says already he got the NOC from railway and its 130 feet away from track. Please share your views.

Even i was planning to book keerthi project near horamavu . But it was near railway track so backed out from that . SVS builder is very honest regarding the facts and plans . They fellow as per the approval only ( i have checked in thr two old projects ) . If you are ok with the railway track and train horn then you can go ahead . By the way whats the price they are asking now ?
How far is this from ORR? How is the road to the project?
The nearest road to ORR is 700 meters , but around 100 meter of that road passes through slum type area and that 100 meter is not good also . There are two other roads to ORR that are very good, one is 900 meter and other is 1.2 km .
