DLF Woodland Heights
DLF Woodland Heights (Rajapura Phase 2) is a new name to the 2nd Phase of DLF Maiden Heights which was launched about a year ago. However this is being promoted as the 4th project of DLF in Bangalore.
The first phase consisted of about 696 apartment and the second phase is spread across 13 Acres with 1080 apartments
Expect launch of the project is around 15th October 2012.
To start with, DLF will be opening 4 towers – A & B (2BHK) and W & X (3BHK) for sale.

The launch price (BSP) will be around Rs.3,300/- (Tentatively). However, as part of pre launch offer, a limited quantity will be released at Rs.3,100/- (Tentatively). Considering the fact that the first phase was launched at Rs.2285/- per sft, the price quoted now is a premium of over Rs. 1000/- per sft. Past prices for the Phase 1 have been 2285/2350/2475/2660/2800
Booking amount will be – Rs.2,57,725/- ( 2 BHK) and Rs.3,09,270/- (3 BHK) which is inclusive of Service Tax.
