I bought plots in Anthea when it was under Confident in 2014. I have not been able to get my khata yet.
Are there anyone out there in my same situation? And can anyone please point me in the right direction? Are there any owners groups in any social networks?

My advice to who ever gonna buy from CONFIDENT GROUP
Please enquire properly before paying advance. Once you pay advance that ll not come back even though they promise. My advance amount 10000 rs is been blocked for last 3-4 years. I’m still following up with them to get it back.

i wouldlike to know the value of the site registered (Goverement value of land, minimum value of registration)
I bought a 2050sft plot.Registered for 9Lakhs.What i know was for plots from 1500 to 2400 builder is registering for same value(9 lakhs)
What price builder is quoting?My one is North West Corner 2050 sft(41×50). I can sell for the builder price if you needed.

Dear Freind, I had paid an Advance for the same plot, its almost 3 years as of now, following with them to get back that amount. Please don’t trust their words. they will cheat.
they are giving 100 reasons not to pay back my money.

Can you write to CREDAI Bangalore and the CCI (competion commission of india ) for taking action against the builder.
Also write to as well. Approach the consumer court asking for penalty and damages caused by the builder
Bought the plot for 1200 per sft and registered in February at Malur registration office.Confident started marketing the project.Later builder got the marketing canceled with confident.I got the registered cancwlled agreement with me.I went with LIC for laon at 10.1%.

Hi Prabhakar, Yes I completely agree with you .. earlier it was a joint development agreement between Confident and Xotic, but later xotic took full ownership.. I have seen the cancelled agreement and also inquired the same with confident office. So far I am happy with the project …

When this project was launched I tried to find out this place going, but came back midway through. The project is too far from Hopefarm junction. There are cheaper plots available near NH207 towards Hoskote (Take left from Thirumalasettyhally junction, instead of taking right towards chikka tirupati). I’ve bought plots in this area.

It is good to buy some sites in hoskote as the appreciation could be high in next few years. Confident and Artha has plot projects.

they didn’t offer any document for Pre launch offer. Is it the normal procedure with every builder?
they asked 30% of plot cost and said once they launch then only they give all the documents.
They said they don’t give any receipt also for prelaunch.
Can any please just suggest?

My concern is the same like dinesh Being 17 km from ITPL is the price of 1197 is right or not. Confident people are conveying that the location is hardly 100m inside from the highway. Has anybody have any idea about the place.
The project is aroumd 300-500 mtrs from NH207 and one property away from indus golf resort villas and 300 mtrs from empyrean back gate also there is s proposed medical college and international school coming up right opp to the project
