My experience with DNR is very bad. Once you pay the booking amount, they behave differently. Construction quality in Atmosphere is very bad. Please do not go ahead.
I have bought a flat in DNR, i understand your concern. last time i visit this place i have been told that
they have cauvery pipes available and it wont be problem in getting cauvery water in few years.
lots of people have already booked a flat in DNR already, also site has moved to commonfloor @ dnr-atmosphere. I am working in cisco and around 5 of my colleagues has bought a flat here as well
you can contact me at for more information
Is there water problem in that area? Do you get good ground water or you need to rely on tankers. I know cauvery water it not available at present in that area and it could be good 5-10 years before one can expect Cauvery water.
Location seeems ok but the fact that the builder is new scares me away. I have been investing in real estate for 30 years now and I have seen a lot of these new players vanish overnight. It is very easy to start and sell a project at a price less than the other but there comes a time when sales slow down, collections go low and company runs out of money. What is also scary is they will be using cash flows out of this project to fund buying land at other places and hence the chances of project being low on cash is very high. This then delays the construction and the builder starts cutting corners. In times like these it is better to go with established players, they might charge a premium but at the end of the day their quality will be superior, they will complete the project and their properties appreciate much better.
Also real estate is a very difficult business with a lot of random variables, typically builders learn in their frst project and implement in others… this is DNR’s first project…and i am not ready to be a guinea pig
Hi Madhav,
Cosmopolis from Brigade seems to be ok..though i would say that its a tad expensive. Having sd that a few hundred bucks in the larger scheme of things dont matter. A few of my office colleagues have picked up there and the general feeler is that it will come up very well…not sure if they still accepting pre launch bookings
What are the general thoughts on this property? I liked the location ,plans ,specifications and so on. But the builder seems to be completely new. Anyone else considering this as a shortlisted option in whitefield?
@Kunal : what is the price that you have paid (if you dont mind). Looks like after the launch of Brigade Cosmopolis they have also increased their rates.
I have booked a 3 BR in this project. I agree that being a new builder has some amount of risk associated with it in terms of making promises and delivering. However I found project specifications to be matching other big builders while the rate is almost Rs 1000 less.

Hi Krishna,
Thanks for the info. Can you provide more details on your concerns on construction quality.
Thanks
Hi Krishna,
Thanks. What do you mean by construction quality. It’s within apt ?
Thanks
Raj
Hi All,
Did not get a response so far to my query. Looks like this discussion forum (for DNR Atmo) is dead. Are people no longer interested in this project?
Thanks.

Hi Manish,
Based on your experience which areas around ORR Sarjapur road, whitefield area do you recommend?
I know that Sobha, Purvankara, Prestige, Brigate are of good quality. So are there any properties you recommend and what price range?
Thanks in advance.
