This property is already deplayed by quite a bit. The builder is just trying to trap customer into the unsold unit. Have only 10% units left but they say they don’t
have funds. I booked a unit last year and cancelled due to lack of any progress. They are not refunding my booking amount citing lack of funds and giving me dates
after dates since a year. Last month or so, they have deployed few people on the site but their doesn’t seems to be as many people as they claim. They claim of 150+
deployed on the site, but you will hardly find 15-20 people on the site. I have visited the site almost 10 times in the last 1 year and have closely followed up with
the builder have a long transcript of mail exchange with their various staff’s. You may reach out to me for any detail to know about the build through my experience.
They were looking to get me the agreement done and get paying 80% of the property, as they claim 80% of constrution is already completed. When I questionned the progress
they used to come up with various excuses, and each time i used to verify through various sources and by visiting the site. The sales team is the worst I have seen so
far. They and the office bearer show their inability by giving excuse of their management who is based in Hyderabad. I zeroed on this project by one of my junior
who is in real estate business, but even he is helpless, as they don’t even budge to their channel partners. There is some serious issue with the funding of this company
and it may go bankrupt or declare its bankruptcy anytime, though they claim of chinese funding and all that crap(Though this was in TOI news as well).

I am in process of doing so and found some issues which are yet to be cleared by them, major issue is it an ancestral property where the clear sales dead they doesn’t have.
Getting a apartment in bangalore it matters a lot and i got apartment at ggproperties in bangalore all services are good and getting a best service.

There are many properties that promise a whole lot of things in Bangalore, but very few hold on to their promises. One of them is Golden Gate. Their apartments in Bangalore are of superior quality and provides a comfortable living space.
I have owned an apt in golden panaroma…and i am highly satisfied with the quality of construction..they have appointed a separate team to check the quality..its a very good residential place….since the prices are increasing its bette to book if ur planning to buy an apt there…now the construction is under full swing…the prices may increase if it is completed….i pretty well know about other projects of G G and some of them are yet to be completed but as far as golden panorama is concern now they are rushing to complete the project. the only reason behind is the locality . they are able to sell the flats easily…but for that any apartment you own in kanakapura is good…the price is going higher and higher day by day and the area is also developing a lot…u have good scools/colleges…krisha leela park…metro mall…proposed metro rail…the reason behind why i choosed gol pan is the quality of construction/2.5 bhk apt structure/price was low when i purchased a year back compared to other big builders in that locality…and it was too surprising for that some of the co owners purchased their 2nd apt in golden panorama even though they have already an apartment in kanakapura road…it because of the locality…i would definetly suggest to go for an aprt in kanakapura road and you will never have regrets for your investment as there will be a huge price rise in the near future…

Friends..I have seen is this forum..people recommend not to buy any project till real estate regulator comes in place..all the builders has got one sided agreement..what everr facility they promise should be available
with us..in case if they dont they have to pay compensation for the same.
Moreover prices are not going to go up forever..since salaries are not rising and economy is not doing good.Let us all wait for some time timm Real estate regulator ( RER) comes in place..atleast we can be assured that money invested is safe.. this is my suggestion

there are lots of apartments right now available for sale..you can take a look at craigslist.bangalore.com..in real estate section..you can get the apartment in lesser price..

G G was going through tough time after 2008 recession and I heard them back only a year back when they restated Pending Club House work in Golden Blossom. People are waiting for club house from ~2010…

You can look at projects near bannerghatta road (paramount pilatus, esteem enclave) where you can get 2 bhk within 60 lakhs with amenities. There are also many prjs on sarjapur, ecity
just hold on to your investment..prices are falling ..you can search in craigslist.bangalore.com for the
discounted flats in good location..investors are just trying to exit the projects..you can get 30-40 % down..
Real estate market is not looking good for another 2 years ..and wait till real estate regulator comes..you can have better negotiating power..this is my suggestion.

hello everyone ..today puruvankara launched a new project in rajajinagar..Its a good sign happening in real estate industry..since builders could not collect money on the old projects they are trying to launch the new ones to collect money..Also once the real estate regulator comes in place they cannot launch do any prelaunches..so it is advisable for everyone to wait and watch till real estate regulatory comes in place
All developers can sell only thru carpet area and we can see some transparency with the dealings..lets all hope that real estate regulator brings in more cheer to all the customers in india

Well as of today, they are offering it at 4200psft. It’s much lesser than the brigade, Shobha and mantri projects around it. They have also planned it well. If u are looking for a 3bhk, be prepared to shell out atleast 90L.
I am interested in this project. Plan looks good for me. I visited the project site yesterday, though I have been discussing with them from last couple of months. They are giving at competitive price; that is what I feel. Not sure about construction Quality. They mentioned they don’t outsource to any construction company rather they have their own team.

I have visited the site. Project looks attractive and well planned. But I have seen this builder has delayed his previous project in Yeshwanthpur. Secondly they mentioned that construction is from in house and some patented method of concrete mix for wall with less piller. If any one has idea please let me know.

This builder is not reliable…also less said about this construction quality, the better. If you are willing to shell out 60L for a 2 BHK i would suggest not to go for this builder…look at Sobha, Brigade, etc. I have seen his previous project (near Sai Baba Ashram) in whitefield…too many problems.
