After visiting n number of properties in BLR, my brother finally purchased a flat here and we have been living here for past 6 months.
as per our view, the construction quality is good, amenities are unmatched by any developers in this area, we have got more amenities than what had been promised earlier(although all are not fully ready yet), moreover the view from the apartment is also nice, as of now we are totally satisfied with the project. Not sure what else is needed 🙂

Emporis is a beautiful property with excellent views. I have purchased an apartment. Our interaction with the management has been very good. They accommodated few modifications based on our request (for vastu reasons). We are happy with the construction quality for most part

I visited this property for one of my cousin sister who is shifting to bangalore. hv received positive response from few couples who have stARTED LIVING.
No handover in the near future of at least 4-5 years. Prices are going down.
@Banthali- Can u please let us know why u feel it would take 4-5 years for handover. I visited the property and i can see people already living there and at max it should not take more than 6 months for the pending finishing work to get over.

I have booked 3BHK Premia in the month of July after several visits in the site. Few things I kept in my mind that this project is almost ready specially architecture and structure were done , so I could see the material what they are providing and this is really good and I am satisfied with this. Another good part of this apartment which I like most that is floor planing & architecture. In every flat cross ventilation is available which is rear in other ongoing projects in Bangalore. I did not see in other projects. In my flat North-South is completely open.Each and every space in my flat I can utilize.
visited this property yesterday and my search is over now. overall layout n amenities are so much fascinating . Even if they deliver 75% of what they are promising is going to be worthy.

I have visited the site for investment purpose few months back.though the features looks attractive but someone close to the builder says that they don’t have the capital to invest.This project is already a year late.now they have shifted the possession to March 2018 and that also they are not sure. Employees working there have no idea about anything going on.there wasn’t any sales person when I went. I met someone named shivay or shivanjy.he has absolutely no manners how to greet a customer nor had any clue about the project

It must have been one of holiday for sales guys. Shivanjay is site engineer and has nothing to do with sales. It is wrong information with you that company does not have capital to complete the project. It is 95% complete as of now. We are giving possession to 37 homebuyers in December’17 itself. Couple of Home warming ceremony has been performed on Vijyadashmi. This project has unique features like housekeeping for all residents, Laundromat, Sky Lounge, Concierge Service, Spa, Bowling alley .. just to name few. which escalates lifestyle. Hence, my simple suggestion for any person looking for a nice property is to visit the site once and decide for themselves.
Check this property before you put your money into some Tier 1 builder offering nothing except their brand name. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Security people guided me to their sales office which they have named ‘Octagon’. The moment I reached there , I went crazy looking at the view and the surroundings. Leave behind flat , none of the developers in Bengaluru have sales office as beautiful as theirs.Their floor plan , amenities , concierge services etc.The cost of the flat is almost 10 lacs beyond my budget But I have lot of good things to share about the developer. I liked the concept and the vision of the developer. I was looking for a 2bhk property and visited Unicca for the first time in Mar 2016. I was hugely impressed by the quality of raw materials, construction quality, flat layout, space utiliazation, ametinites, feature, etc. I wanted to check out more options before I settled for a place, so I continued searching. I did not come across a single project which could match the value offering from Unicca Emporis. I finally booked a flat in JAL last week.
Also, I must mention that I had a great experience engaging with the Unicca management, which includes some exceptional people with loads of industry experience. I happened to meet a few other flat owners during my visit and every one had good things to say about the project and the builders.

I purchased a house here, 2BHK Premie JAL 502. I felt the Builder for this property is genuine; honest and clear what they are delivering to. Never seen such property in BLR yet. The design, and the quality is very good. even as a 2BHK, they are giving 1402sqft; which is not very regular in BLR. you can mail me if anything further info you need on this.

Just last week visited this property and was surprised to understand the vision of the developer. I have never before seen such construction quality with any of the big shot builders or developers of Bangalore or NCR . I had accompanied one of my friend for site visit and I’m determined to buy or invest in this property very soon. Whatta design and look and feel of 3 BHK flats are. Have never come across properties in Bangalore with such cross ventilation in each flats.
I visited UNICCA Emporis project a week back. Project is in full swing and best construction quality I would say after seeing so many projects in east Bangalore. I could not go ahead because of price as I could not afford 3 bhk Luxuria. Location is good.
Cons is total land area is less compared to flats. price/sqft between premia and luxuria is around rs.700/ sq.ft which is bit high I feel.

Visited the property last week,one of the most exclusive project I have seen after long time. Builder has a clear vision to deliver Quality product in Luxury segment. Builder is very transparent and specs are completely unique – Temperature controlled Private plunge pool – Metal doors with wooden lamination, Double layered Marbles and tiles, Ceiling height – 10.6 – Deck area of 33 feets by 7 feet and many more.
Moreover they are very customer friendly. Was bit concerned about location,but it seems good now after few research from my end. Peripheral ring road would be just 150 mtrs from the project, Marathalli 7 Kms ,Sarjapur wipro office 7 Kms, Whitefield 2.5 Kms. Very much strategically located.
Looking forward for more feedback’s so that I can take a decision on this.

I have booked 3BHK in Unicca Emporis (Luxuria) .Two features,which takes this project a notch above the rest in luxury , are its BIG balcony and Plunge Pool.Fittings ,used in model flat and in proposed construction details, are also high quality.
Being a civil engineer myself,I can vouch for High Quality of construction. Overall happy so far with construction schedule and I expect the project to finish by Jan 2017.
I would suggest anyone looking for good property to visit it once.

Location is main factor for me considering me and my wife working in IT sector and availability of schools near Unicca for my kid.For improvement in connectivity there is proposal for widening of Varthur Road and Proposed PRR 100 mts from Unicca.This is why Varthur is best investment destination in Bangalore now.Thus Unicca addressed these issues well for me.
I took 3bhk in Oct 2014 on 11th Floor and rate I got was Rs 4500 per sqft. I would suggest go and visit the project .

Total Lost project… I visited a week before no staff to attend for sales queries, Price to high as compare to location, Some office boy has given me the cost sheet and he only explained the how the project is all about.

Hi Hitesh, I visited the property yesterday at around 7.30 Pm ,construction was on full swing,complete Doka technology in construction. Was very well explained about this technology by Sales . Major focus of the builder is on construction quality, and they are are very transparent . I was able to see full swing construction even at that time. They are done with 10th floors in four towers and 4th floor for one tower.

Bought my apartment just today.
