I have enquired with SJR marketing for 2 bhk and visited site office last weekend, above written comments are not true…..Im surprised with the comments columns……who? to trust !!…..because watermark is completed and families are living thier…….I spoke to few family members at Club house area (Mr. Amit Kapoor, (807)3 bhk)……Its very beautiful, Crystal Cove Villament is also completed and its more beautiful too……..I have made my mind to invest in Mayfair after physically visiting all this projects…..My friend lives in SJR Verity & SJR Park Vista….Mayfair is my type.. its works out at my budget and locaclity is awesum …close to all vicinity, Marathahalli, Sarjapur road Varthur road…Located on panathur road closer to my office Ecospace & closer to my friends office Prestige tech park………anyone want to join investing here……..lets book together to avail group discount..marketing guys have offered 150/- discount from current price…He also promised me that very shortly project wld be launched….kindly reach me…

Yes Rahul, it is an amazing investment. We will get offers like this once in a lifetime, we all should invest and get benefitted. Very soon, this project price will hit 25-50 thousands per sft. And we all will become millionaires. Who the hell on earth wanted project to be completed, who the hell wants real estate regulatory bill, why would anyone need water,. All we need is money on paper, like Satyam Raju had.

One of the worst builder i have seen in bangalore none of there projects get completed customers are not even getting better response for any question ( Not only about delay ) Poor communication from builder side only projects get launched people become fool they make good money but not project see any of thier previous project for yourself will understand the quality of the SJR PRIMECORP

price is very competetive you get it at 4500 pre launch and launch price is 6000psft no one in bangalore is giving so much appreciation please go ahead and book the flat today only if not you will miss the chance of getting at this throw away price of 4500 psft and project will get completed very soon before 2025 if it is getting started

Visited the Mayfair site last week along with my colleague, location is awesome with competitive price compared to nearby projects. Builder has quoted Rs.4500/sft under pre-launch. Expected launch is by the end of April 2015 with the price of Rs.4700/sft. Planning to book by this weekend. Those who already booked here, kindly share your opinions.
All of their projects have been delayed. SJR Fiesta homes was started in year 2011 and is no where near completion even in 2015. They make false promises on timelines which they never fulfilll. Check out the progress and the start date of the previous projects before finalising
I have bought an apartment in SJR Fiesta Homes by the same builder. The project is delayed beyond understanding.
Even after so much negatives about the builder, you still dared to book. Why complaining now? Be happy that you finally booked a house.
Guys, one suggestion you must follow, if you are starting any talks with any Bren\SJR property.
After starting initial talks, if SJR\Bren marketing team feels you are not potential buyer for them, they immediately distribute your mail id and phone number to local builders and you will end up with too many unwanted calls that confuse you alot.
Please think twice before sharing your contact info with Bren\SJR.
I was searching for a home in 80 lacs range and i though Celestia is in my range, apparently it is 1.2 crs range. They tried to convince me to buy trillium, which is absolutely in a shitty location. The moment they realized that they ran out of options, with in 2 days my mail box is exploding with too many emails from local builders. I’m not saying local builders are bad, but how did they come to know about my mail id and phone number?

Another project to trap the customers… this builder haven’t completed any single project on time. SJR Watermark was there first project which is already running 2 years delay and still no hope of habitable at least for another six months time. Construction quality is very poor. There price looks competitive but its compensated with quality, delay or asking for the increased installment amount.

i opted for bren imperia 5 months back. till now nothing has happened expect for change in marketing team and new guys taking over. there is a proposed road through the project which they still dont know whether is coming up. it is in shubh enclave area of harlur road. approval still not done. again the proximity to the lake is an issue. kindly guide whether to go ahead with the project
Big No to SJR and Bren Projects. Not good quality as price quoted and not delivering projects on time.
This is very good – low rise (so predictable possession time), excellent location, decent builder, fantastic floor plan (I love it).
Few points to be wary of:
[1] Primecop has just too many ‘running’ projects – other projects can delay this one.
[2] Recent SJR (or BREN) low rise projects have very less open area, including this one.
[3] Area is water thirsty and no new supply line will come up in next 10 to 15 yrs.
I doubt whether they deliver this before 2019.
SJR construction quality is good, few problems i know are:
1) posession will be delayed like hell.
2) changes plans and UDS without even informing buyers.
3) unresponsive and unreliable staff, makes fake promises.
4) Charges VAT and other taxes more than any builder of that grade.
5) negligence in finishing common areas and amenities.
I prefer ready to occupy SJR home, even if it is little pricey.
