I noticed that Mythreyi builders have no mention in this forum or anywhere on the net for that matter. So wanted to kick start a thread to see what others think about this builder.
From their site: MythreyiProperties – Residential Apartments in Bangalore I do see that they have a few properties under their belt.

Any suggestions on how the builder is? Quality? Timeliness? Approvals?

Any comments would be really helpful.
