Looks like Nitesh Chelsea which near Kudlu gate is still open for sale. Just had a talk with the sales team and found out about it… Since the place is within my budget I am planning to take look.

Sobha Oasis land originally belonged to Standard fireworks and has clear title. Loans approved by all banks including SBI, PNB, AXIS, ICICI, HDFC etc. construction of basement has completed for 6 of 9 wings. Nitesh quoting higher than sobha oasis when all charges included. Price of Nitesh Chelsea is 4900 at pre Launch while Purva westend launched jan,14 is at 5250.
Additionally there is a luxury tax of 5 lkhs or more per flat at the time of possession.
Is the land owned by Nitesh or is there some land owners share in this ? Pls clarify

Visited the site , spoke with nitesh agent …it is kudlu gate on main road ….. the location is v.good but the price is too high … Any idea of ROI ?? while resale what shoudl be the price per sqft ?
It will be good appreciation but there are few other projects also on Hosa road which are available for 3500/- and 3400/- which can give us more bnefit, we are trying for some more discount there if interested let me know
