Did any one booked apartment in “Unique Concord” Tatanagar , Behind BEL Circle ?

I am planning to book a flat here, Builder is quoting price 4200 – 4500 /sqft . what is the current price here can any one let me know ?

hi all,

I am also planning to book a flat here. Does any one has any idea about the builder ? Hows the quality of construction? He says he doesn’t borrow money from bank for construction but he is constructing with his own money. Is it really safe to invest in such projects where you are really not sure about the builder.
