How agents are giving less price when compared to builders .

Because when i went with Mr.csreddy idea homes managing partner i got for good price,than when i went before can i know how it is possible.I am shocked to see the price almost 3 lakhs difference you can see their site www.ideahomes.co.in, Sorry i cant disclose the project name
