First , thanks for offering us helpful and sensible suggestions via this website – I really appreciate it.

Secondly , I am looking to invest in a property ( priced about 40 – 45 lacs) , which can give me a return of atleast 7 – 10 lacs in 2 years time . I am not very confident about the 2nd grade builders , and the first grade builder’s project cost around 60 + .

Please suggest.
