looking for flat at mulberry mist

I have seen lots of projects of different builders, but I am impressed with Cmrs GROUP. One of my friend stay at 12 square k.r.puram the completed project by cmrs group. Really it is very good apartment because no common walls and proper ventilation.The best part of apartment is that has huge balcony,living room &kitchen size is very good.Apart from above Cmrs provides good quallity of bathrooms,tiles.I am impressed by Cmrs builder. I want to buy a flat in Cmrs Mulberry mist varthur. so please suggest me.
