I am also planning to book in oceanus Vista II.

Anybod who has already booked can please infom us if there is any problem like water, approval related issue.

We have booked a Flat in Oceanus Vista Phase 1 . The main problem is the road from main sarjapur road is very narrow and congested, also with so many apartments coming up in that area, we can expect huge traffic problem in the coming years. But we have been hearing that govt. has got some approval for widening of the Hosa road. Locality wise I feel its a good option and builders reputation is also decent
