Prestige Mayberry or Sterling Villa Grande or Vaswani Walnut creek

Hi ,

I’m relatively new to Bangalore and would like a purchase a villa in either Whitefield or Sarjapur within a budget of 2.5 CR.  After doing some online research I’ve zeroed in on the above three projects. Could someone please advise me on which of these i should go for after taking into account location and appreciation potential going forward? If you feel there are projects in the vicinity that offer better value fro money apart from these three(Prestige Mayberry or Sterling Villa Grande or Vaswani Walnut creek), please advise on that also.

Sterling  no doubt,  when we started to plan to buy an apartment. One of our colleague referred us to them who had purchased one of their earlier apartments and was very satisfied. Their amenities are very good they reflect their community lifestyle at its best. Have been a Sterling customer since and will suggest my friends too.
