Hi All,
Was planning to take a look at Purva Highlands. However, the project is completed and still some flats are unsold by the builder. Can anyone please give a feedback on this project?

Be very careful here. The builder has not provided OC or Khata to residents. They are saying they dont have to, but its the lasw. I googled and found that the owners association had filed a case in Highcourt on this.

Hi, I am planning to buy an apartment in Purva Scarlet Terrace and have already given the down payment. I am in US and have not seen the property by myself. Some one told me that there are some OC related issues in this apartment and locality is not good, as there exists a slum. Is that true?
