Planning to book  2 BHK flat in tower 3 this weekend.  Looks like a decent project and Shriram Group seems to have completed lot of projects successfully in Bangalore.  They claim possession date of around May 2017… All major banks has approved the project and hope all major approvals are in place on legal grounds.  The drain connecting the lakes?  Is it going to be a concern in future?
