Budget flat from a trusted builder in Bangalore – 2BHK or 3BHK priced between 25-40 Lakhs

I am looking for a good and a trusted builder who sells 2BHK or 3BHK flats priced between 25-40 lakhs. I have come across Dreamz GK Infra for selling budget flats. But are they trust worthy ? Or if there is any other reputed builder, kindly let me know.
