Had visited and spoke to them on Friday .was looking at harsha g ateway, , shilpitha sun flower, sv heights. and temple tree.

sv heights is good but many risk factors like road widening less amenities and conjusted. Architect floor plan is good. They are currently giving it for 3900 per sq ft and they are not flexible negotiable inspite of having many risks involved.  Hence striked  two deals with shilpitha sunflower. Got withhin the same budget with better amenities, 75 percent open space . Shilpitha sunflower guys are flexible and reasonable with excellent connectivity. Booked one for ourself and one more for my sister in law.
