i have seen the project profile of hebron villa on Kr puram, harsha what are the prospects of growth for high end villa project can they appreciate, and please let me know the positives and negatives of the project, as what i have found is that for the price the size is small.e 7 villa per acre while industry std is 3 villa, what are the future prospect for the project in term of escalation  both in price and rental.
