I am new to Bangalore and I got a chance to see the projects of TE.  They were simply superb and gives a very positive vibe.

I want to know, as an outsider who has no work interest at present in Bangalore, which project should I consider and what are the pluses and minuses of these 2 projects.

They quoted about 3.75 for a L35 IN poarr and 2 for c25 in TMFPT Phase II.
