Hi any1, knows current pricing for sobha avenue??

Anyone booked here recently? Project is now named as Sobha Avenue. Price is still lurking around the 5400 or so from Sobha. Kadugodi area has come up a little bit from 2014. ANy suggestions on pricing considering possession being told the same as Dec 2018. There is Salarpuria East Crest very near by, offering lesser quote, any suggestions of that as an option? I saw a couple of chimneys around Sobha project and a smell issue on a rainy day near mother dairy’s storage. Anyone felt the same?
don’t compare sobha with any other builders. Sobha quality is great.

This project is now relaunched as Sobha Avenue with lesser price. I have visited this project and asked why 5900/- rate for such remote location and he replied it is due to sobha brand.
Honestly this project should cost 3000/- and if I add sobha branch may be at 3300/- max.
@ mahesh, if you are getting 5900/- (I don’t think so) please go, coz 1) i.e sobha, quality wise sobha is way above the rest.2) peaceful area 3) no traffic complaints 3) nice location 4) good floor plan

go for sobha one of the premier builders in bangalore, no worries, but prices is more, if you compare to other builders the materials using sobha is worth the difference amount than other builders materials price.
SOBHA IS A BRAND NAME. SOBHA HALCYON is in one of the best location and best project, rate is concerned bit more than other builders, but sobha is providing good quality than other builders, no other words. they promise they will give, that is SOBHA.

i totally agree, this is in amazing location, It is 2 mins walk from MG Road, and if you are not able to reach MG Road in 2 mins by walk, something wrong with your legs. Stone throw distance from Taj mahal in Agra, just 0.5 km from Goa beaches, World’s all seven wonders are just behind this project. All bangalore tech parks, government offices, parliament are moving inside this project.
may be whiten two months the base rate will become 7000 per sq ft in the same project, coz its in Whitefield and away from crowd.

Interesting pricing…Prestige Lake Side Habitat is Rs. 5040 next to all international schools, which I felt was high so Rs. 5500 is ridiculous that far out, one may argue access from Prestige Lake Side Habitat to Whitefield forum is painful but then to get to this you have to cross Hope Farm Junction which is a perpetual problem. When I asked Shoba folks on pricing and compare w/ Prestige, they said they don’t like to compare so I said I as a buyer have to and Shoba and Prestige is also like comparing apples to apples. I wouldn’t buy either but pricing is ridiculous. Interestingly enough, Republic of Whitefield is aprox. same price but there is no comparison of location…ROW is in the middle of whitefield while Shoba is in no man’s land….in fact, Vaswani Exquisite is same as Shoba and much better location…any thoughts/comments from others (non-builder)
Divyasree row is best among all available options at this point in whitefield. Only problem is their 2+1 floor plan is poor. but if you merge two units then it should be ok, just compromise with bedroom sizes. Location is fantastic. not sure about their quality….any feedback from their previous project…..????

All of you are correct on the pricing front, Sobha is expensive and you have the option not buy if the product is not in the price range and also with respect to location.
In terms of quality they are better than all the grade A Developers in the south. Quality should not be defined based on terms and conditions and should be judged by people who own their previous properties or have lived in it.

Jitesh Bhai, Kemcho ? Please read the link. The link says that Sobha encroached on lake/govt land. So much for Sobha quality. Sobha cannot continue to fleece customers in today’s market.
5500 for that area!! 1550 is quite small given that carpet area ~75%. when shobha amethyst larger size is available for resale at lesser price, incredible pre-launch price!!
Not even a single unit is sold from the time it is pre launched. People are not fools to pay such a price for such a location.
