Candeur rise in Varthur

Anyone having idea about “Candeur Rise” by Candeur constructions in Varthur. It seems to be their first project. Builder is quoting 3600 psft.

I have booked an apartment here, I liked the project because of below reasons
1. Main Road property, so in terms of appreciation a good option to invest
2. BBMP approved
3. Near Varthur Police station and Market
4. Well communicated area, connectivity to Sarjapur and WhiteField is very good (The main road is planned to be widened)
5. Independent apartment with 100% vaastu complaint design and good carpet area
6. high Rise with affordable price for middle class buyers.

Thank you for your feedback and support. Recently we revised our prices from Rs- 3600/- to Rs- 3800 per sqft. Basic cost only, other charges applicable as per the price sheet.

I also want to purchase the 2bhk flat for own living purpose but not sure about the builder credibility and whether builder will provide all the documents(OC etc).Can anyone suggest me whether i should go for this project or not?
Hi Gaurav,
You can book a flat in this project. Builder will provide OC, he has mentioned in agreement too. I believe you can ask all details from builder if you have any. I dont see any hidden factor with them…

Hi, Are there any 3BHK apartments “West Facing” available now? Also, why are they increasing the price un-realistically ? I know few people, who booked for 3400 couple of months back and the builder is quoting 38oo now

That is true. I also heard many negative side of them. The builder is not reachable at all even for customers to talk :-). The sales team is not customer friendly and they don’t support if you want to go for any modification/customization if you force them they charge you 10x times of actual charge. I’ve seen the project is good but their attitude is very bad I understand. They themselves equate with Prestige opposite to them. 🙂 I think they continue the same bad name that they had in Aditya constructions. I want to explore more.
Can anybody help me with such a childish attitude can I go for booking? I’m afraid of booking what if they oragant after my decision.

There are no 3 bhks available at Candeur Rise, Yes may be some of your friends or Known persons may book at Candeur Rise. But price is totally depend up on the market / material / work progress. So for every one we can’t offer a single price. Sorry for that.
Coming to Manisha, query. As our products and materials are higher end in quality and price wise, So modifications are depends up on that only. And before booking no one will conform on price on modification. And there are hierarchical system at our company. So meeting MD with a right point is appreciable. And we are 100% sure no one from Candeur discussed with you regarding modification and bill. Every customer got this modifications done with best possibility. Any how Thank you for writing.

I am buyer in candeur Rise at Varthur road.
Firt of all i would admit the builder is delivering the project much in advance of what was planned. rarely we come acros any such thing, wher appartments are way ahead of their schedule.
Initially it was planned around june 2017 with 6 month grace to dec 2017. But the current state is that by Sep 2016 the appartments will be delivered, followed with OC submittion and around in 6 months the OC might get issues, Zero Deviation.
Nice interior fixtures, including Bravat (German company) Toilet fittings, The bricks are from “Prortheus” an european company. So the building age is now increased to almost 150 years with more flexible to handle any earthquakes, Inner temperature will be apx. 3-4 degree lesser from outer, because of retarding conduction of heat.
Enough Parking for all 200 flats, with extra visitor parking slots also been planned.
Overall I am happy with their construction quality and would not mind suggesting this to my friends and collegues to go for it.

Recently got my apartment registration at Candeur Rise, varthur. A beautiful project with more open space and with full ventilation. Most of the amenities are in place, along with good space for car parking.
They are towards their promises and little early in delivery. Looking forward for full completion with in a month of time. Well recommended builder with good service.

Its very nice to see the actual things about Candeur Rise in this page. But unfortunately there are lots of wanted, misleading information about CANDEUR RISE in the Same HARSHASAGAR web site of CANDEUR CARLISLE page.
Just see those and react at your actual views. It all seams fake and spoiling of Candeur Rise image. This will effect our RENTAL & Re- Sale too. They are promoting Rs: 5.00 as a maintenance. Yesterday we all got conformation from Builder says Rs: 2.75 for first six months and Rs: 3.00 for next six months.
Its all our responsibility to to make our property to the one of the best on this road. We have to make sure only real information will pass about Candeur Rise. I feel my property is Good and It has to be Good for ever.

As a existing customer of candeur rise, I will give my rating for candeur construction as 8.5 out of 10.
Rise is a beautiful project with more open space with good ventilation. More over the Brands used in the project are very good ones and highly recommended by the existing users.
The response & service from the candeur team is appreciable by every one. They delivered project before promised time and Most of the amenities are in placed. The response from Mr. Srinivas and Rajsekhar are appreciated by most of us.
