I have visited the project since I stay in the same locality.
Few thing – You would have enter a Kacha road just below the bridge to come to this property. That road is under litigation but should be easily sorted out as Hence you would have seen this road leading to this property is not being tarred. Looking at the specification its awesome. Looking at the carpet area – Good (72%). I really likes this project but the cost is a concern.
They are charging like any CAT B builder would charge in that area.(though this is their first project). Just bcos the CEO was a exCEO of Embassy shouldn’t mean they charges premium on it.
I was being quoted 4.5K. Till haven’t negotiated further.
Ground water is 100% Hard water(around 2000 ppm) and if they aren’t providing softner, then thumbs down.
What have they quoted ??

So does it mean that property is also under litigation or only the kacha road below the bridge ?
And how far is this property from main road ? I am expecting that there might be other road to connect to main old madras road, so that should be fine and in future road might develop.
And for hard water, I assume that in most part of Bangalore its hard water, and its not possible to get soft water so I don’t think hard water will be concern.
I know they are charging high as per that area, I am under negotiation with them and they are saying 4.5 as of now.
Give me ur number so may be we can discuss in more detail and can go for group booking if like.

I visited the property recently.
It sounds promising interms of timelines, they are ahead of schedule and good quality work.
Price is a bit of concern. I think they are bit on higher side considering the site location.
Also, going to the site we have to pass by heavy traffic areas. Cover 10KMs took an hour on weekends.
Rest looks ok to me. Do drop in your numbers so that we can discuss and get group discounts.

I visited this site, base price is definitely a concern for me. on the top of it additional floor rise price starting from first floor…
Let me know what is the ideal price for the location… the possession is 2 years away

I have booked an apartment in Fortius Infra (Tower 1-Lake Facing) and my interaction with the builder is positive.
In fact, It is the only builder (when compared to others) who are professional and agile in their work.
Even though, the price is on the higher side you get a complete peace of mind and coz you are getting an experienced promoter who had build “Embassy brand” from bottom-up. Also the project is strategically located for those who want to go to Whitefield or Indira nagar
The promised time of delivery in December 2016 and i feel that they can deliver on time as they have already completed 11th Floor .

I too just booked an apartment in Tower-3.
I agree with the above comments – the construction is ahead of schedule and they are very professional in their work.
I too am a bit concerned about the price as they did not go down by much during negotiation. They are charging well above nearby projects like Skylark Ithaca.
