Sales team Mr. Pankaj is very supportive and fullfill our requirements like small changes in flat.
Very excellent property in bangalore.
Investment wise also very good.

I have booked apartment in arge urban bloom yeswanthapur it is really coming up very well.The project progress is going Very well .The main reason we booked the apartment in arge is the location and very near to metro train station. Our family felt that we made good choice to buy in arge urban bloom.
This Project is situated at very fine place but lacks from multiple angles
1. Management : There are some very non serious executives in Management who seems to be owning the project. I recently brought apartment after being influenced by some existing owners. It seems builder is taking help from Owners for sale.
2. Mis management : Lot of mismanagement these executives are doing because of their non listening attitude and arrogance.
3. Plumbing and leaking issues : Came to know that water is coming from all over points

Congratulations!!! on purchase of a unit in our project. If the existing owners have influenced you in your decision making, we feel we have lived up to their expectation. With respect your issue on non-serious executives, we would request you to please come to sale office and we can resolve the same.

Our executives are customer friendly and cordial. However, if you have any issues, we can discuss this when we meet up.

This is definitely a baseless statement as residents have been living here for over an year now and any such issues have been addressed to their satisfaction.

You seem to be having some serious problem with the progress of our projects as we are doing extremely well.
I fail to understand when you have not bought a flat either at Helios or Urban Bloom, sitting in London, without even visiting any of the 2 projects, why are you concerned so much about the projects.
Or are you regretting that you missed the opportunity of buying an apartment in the project which is doing so well.
We have replied many times to your comments, you do not seem to be refraining from your activity. This is just a waste of your time and energy.
ARGE Helios is delivered ahead of schedule and residents are happy.
Progress at Urban Bloom is also in full swing and scheduled for delivery as committed and planned.

Dont go by the brochure ..would recommend all those interested to talk to the buyers (customer) of arge helios and understand the concerns that they have.. there are concerns on the actual plan and amenities being delivered .. also dont go by actual flat.. there are lot of deviations from what is delivered and what is promised in show flats.. so beware before you make a decision and contact the existing buyers

The project Arge urban bloom is very good and just few weeks before they started the digging work and the price per sq/ft is booming up…its really a hot cake to invest.
Not worth an investment, since the builder is new to the market heard a lot of negative feedback on the builder and the owners.
Rather i invest here i have seen couple of projects in the same location by reputed builder. I am planning to invest in Presidential tower or Lumos by assetz builder where my investment is safe and good return rather i take risk with a new builder just for the price factor and the location of urban bloom is not a good one. surrounded by lot of garment factories might take years for it to be a perfect residential location. and also not exactly Yeshwanthpur as an address to call. it is outer ring road.

Location is more than excellent, in fact! It is so well connected to the main Yeshwanthpur road and still you are insulated from the noisy traffic due to large open lands around the project.
The builder’s name may sound new but the manner in which they have progressed in their other project – Helios which is ahead of schedule and then the strong financial background of Texport, I think it is pretty much worth a look in.
Actually, if you do a research, Golden Gate has terrible record in terms of delivery and other so called ‘reputed’ players too are not far behind in hassling the buyers. Also, find out what is happening to Purva Highlands’s buyers.
Honestly, I have only heard good things about the project from those who have bought it or are in final stages.
As far as price is concerned, it is only pre-launch and they may be increasing it by 5-600 after selling their budgeted number of units which may happen in March itself.
I have visited the site, it is a good project with a concept of 2.5 & 3.5 bhk with multiple balconies, iam interested in booking a 2.5bhk flat here, is 5400/- is a good price, can anyone tell me what is the ongoing prices in that locality

@Vikram, what u said is right. Its located very close to metro stations and major commercial spots. It would be a very good investment option.
@Sasvk, I have seen this site a week back. There is a flyover construction, due to which its a little dusty now. But thats in the final stage and will be ready in a months time i feel.
Its tucked inside from the ring road, not bang on ring road. I see a lot of greenery around, which belongs to foremen training institute. Its a good investment option i feel. Price offered is very competitive in the area.
I use those routes to travel to my factory in Peenya. Last week noticed this site, its off the ring road next to the HUL factory. These are lands allotted for industries, not sure if residential apts can be built here. Regarding traffic, day or night the ring road is choked, especially once the flyover work is complete, the whole traffic will accumulate at the Tumkur road junction.
@Sansvk. It was a valid point about the land usage. Got it checked and they have got the land converted for residential usage.
There is another underpass being planned at Tumkur road jn, and the project completion is 3 years from now. By the time we move in, the outer ring road would be a signal free road at this point and we may not have to worry about the traffic. The whole of bangalore cannot stay on the kingfisher towers. Lets think about the connectivity to different parts of the city. MG Rd would be just 15-20 mins through metro. And its like you live next to major commercial hotspots. And you tell me who is offering at this rate in 4-5 km radius from this area.??
Hey , Is it very near to Taj Vivanta and metro station. Seems to be a good investment opportunity. As there are not much supply in this place of the town.
