I happened to visit the below properties today, & am confused & request your support & Advice on the investment

1.> Sujana Apartment 2, (By Srivaru Builders):

Location: Doddathoguru Village near Electronic City

Price: Around 35 Lac total for a 2BHK (1000 Odd Sq Ft)

Not much facilitites provided

2.> Prashanth Residency, (By Prashanth Builders)

Location: Doddathoguru Village near Electronic City

Price: Around 35 Lac total for a 2BHK (1000 Odd Sq Ft)

Not much facilities provided

3.> Also Heard much about GM Infinity near Electronic City but couldnt visit

4.> Heard much about Sriram Greenfield at Budigere Cross

What am i looking for:

-> Good investment with around 30~40 lacs

-> Rental income of around 10~15K

Dear Harsha,

Could you kindly suggest which would be better options from the above? Are they worth investments? Would it be a worthy investment?
