Even I liked the location of the project and wanted to book it. But the price negotiation they are ready to do made me cautious. For a 1322 sqft 2 bhk, they asked 76+taxes+regn for which they came down to 60+regn. I could not take the risk though they had buyer friendly agreement terms and conditions, but its just that I could not afford to take risk.

What is your take on it?

I have also talked with them and they are quoting good discount if high amount paid within 7-10 days of booking i.e. before launch. I am thinking to consult a lawyer to verify their agreement. If anybody is planning to buy please drop a mail to
