Pavan Brundavan plots Sarjapur – Any alarm bells?

Hi,

I am looking to book a plot in pavan brundavan sarjapur.( well its not sarjapur but chikka tirupathi road )

I visited this gated community and found it OK. the location was too much in the interior and it was priced too high, 1400 per sqft.

has anyone booked this and is it worth the price?

also the builders are not reputed, a fact that is worrying

any advice would be helpful?

We have done a group booking in Pavans Brindavan and around 20 of us have already registered our plots. We still have 2 plots available as part of our group which you can get for Rs 1300/- per sqft. If interested please let me know on

Hi,

In pavan’s Brundavan Residential Layout phase-1, Phase-2 completly soldout.Now they launched Phase-3 with full developments and 100% Release.They are 400 sites sold out.Pleople are happy.and some customers already constructed houses and happily living.
Lord Krishna temple also constructed in more than half acer.
Now prices is 1600/- per sft.Fully developed and ready for registration…

Hi Bharath,

I purchased site with Rs.1550/- per sft price, I enquired surroundings there are Rs. 2100/- per sft Selling(OASIS,Malhar,..etc).Now there is no sites available with Rs.1300/-.There are many connectives improved. Very Good and Genuine Developments you can see there.
