CMRS Mahavata Pre-Lanuch

Hi I am planning to book an apartment in CMRS mahavata in Brook field, it is still in pre launch and they are quoting some discount. Is anybody knows whether they are trustworthy to book in pre launch.

I also checked the project. I am also worried about following points,

1. They still do not have the approvals.

2. So far they have executed only small projects in surrounding area. This will be their first big project of this size.

3. I did not find quality work in their earlier projects.

4. The price still feels on higher side. I am also planing to book, but not yet convinced by them.
