Hi,

I am planning to buy a house near srinivasa nagar adjust to kithaganur lake, behind garden city college. I noticed the house is near to lake. Location is good but worrying about any future lake development would affect the house location. Owner of the house taken loan from the Financial institute for construction and got panjayat approval to construct the house in that location. Could some one guide me to understand the risk of purchasing this house ?
