I had visited this site last week and was really disappointed. The site is 18 km far from hoskote. Travelling from main bangalore to that place was terrible and I dropped the plan immediately. Also the price was on a higer side in such a remote place and negotiation was not even in my mind .

I am the investor of ANSIH PALMS, near Chintamani Road, Hoskote. When I Purchased it was Rs750/-sft. Now people are asking for Rs.2000/- sft as resale. I am happy with their development too. When I invested my wife used to say it is like jungle and no other developer’s layout is present in that area.

Now my wife is very happy on my investment at ANISH PALMS. Now near Hoskote, Chintamani Road other developer also have come, but surprised, without any development, they do charge Rs.1500/-sft. Any ways my family is happy now,i.e after 2 yrs of my investment.

I have visisted COMMONWEALTH Too. I guess this will be one among the best in Banglore. More than 50 acre open space, Golf, cricket stadium, 9 acre for clubhouse amenites. Wah.. Planning to go for 2 villas at COMMONWEALTH. And this time my family is with my decisions.

I have invested in ANISH CALIEDA-2 plots, few months ago. But I think COMMONWEALTH is the Best one. Impressed with huge project DESIGNED BY RSP.
But they sell only Villa, no plot. Need to check on my budget. I would have blindly invested, if they would have launched COMMON WELATH before CALIEDA.
If bank gives 95% funding , I would be happy

Very good value for Money and good support from the Developer and the entire team. I bought a plot at Anish Palms and My money has appreciated closely 200% in 2 years. Thank you!

I have visited there and seen a model villa of 4BHK .. The villa is awesome .. The only problem I faced it is remote area and it will take at least 10 years to get that area developed. Any body going for long term investment or want to have bungalow for weekend gateway away from city traffic and close to mother nature, I will recommend this project…

I have visited commonwealth villa project on may-23, its looks attractive. planning to book a villa there.
