Reg: NRI Center city water front villa plots

Please guide me on the investment in NRI Center city , water front villa plots from Tekton estates. This project is 6kms from budigere cross towards international airport.

Quoting price is around 1800 (one thousand eight hunderd) per square feet.

Is it right time and right place to invest here ?

Appears costly to me, appropriate price in that place should be around 950-1000Rs
