If you ask me then yes it is a good buy for investment as well as for end use. Reputed construction company. They are well known for their quality construction and as well hard work with timely delivery of projects.

i booked a 1520sft 3bhk , and my brother booked 1bhk with a Adf scheme and got a price of 4500/sft, its a competititive price compared to prestige,sobha,purva which is at 5400-6000/sft

i like the range of amenities too, worth investing !

Liked the concept of this project and a reputed builder too, i booked 2 units of 1 bhk as investment as i see  growing demandin this location,, Waiting to get posession 😉

Has anyone brought a flat in SNN Raj Etternia? Can someone share the experience, I’m planning to invest for 3BHK, but it seems to be bit expensive not sure whether its worth interms of the construction quality, community & amenities which has been there USP for this project.

I have bout a 3 BHK unit 5 months back. Construction has started, but need a long wait. No negotiation. The location seems very good. Also the transaction was smooth and the staff is good to deal with. The other thing i considered was RBD Stillwaters apartments. That seemed good too. Somehow felt SNN was the right choice and went ahead. Good luck with your search!
