I am planning to book flat in Dasta Concentro project on Sarjapur Road for self use. The project is at Yamara Village near Domsandra circle (Near sompura).

I would like to know reviews related to Dasta project, Builder, Domsandra/Sompur/Yamara Village area, property rates etc.

Also there is not enough information about Dasta Builders on internet. If anybody has purchased flat from dasta builders or has any information to share would be very helpful as builder is new. They have completed just 1 project in Sanjay nagar under ‘Dasta’ name.

Also I have heard about green belt land there. Does this project come under residencial land? I have checked it on www.clearvalue.in but its not clear as the area is mixed residencial, commercial, industrial, green and cant locate exact project location on map.

What is the best and true source to find that whether it is under residencial or not ? Does it come under BDA or BMRDA ? Which approvals it should have in that area ?

Dasta project is 14 floor building. But I haven’t seen any other building more than 4 floor between sarjarpur road flyover and dasta project. After dasta, Confident project is there which seems to be 10 floor building and people are already staying there. Are there approvals for 14 floor buildings? Is it safe to invest in this area ?
Also would like to know about future of this area. What are government plans for the area, I have heard about water problems also. Is there any plan of kaveri water supply in that area by government.
