It is nice to find your site. the reviews are very good and helps many home-seekers like me. I am planning to book in urban forest, Whitefield. I visited your webpage site of  urban forest review. Most of the members comment on positive note and says there is no legal issues with property legal papers. However one or two person is telling otherwise and claims they cancelled the booking after verifying the documents with lawyer as there is an issue with legality. I am not sure if they are trying to mislead the entire forum or some marketing guy form competitor  who writes negative feedback on urban forest.  I have verified form the person who actually booked and they are also telling the land documents are clear.  So I need the correct and genuine information on legality of this project before booking,  as they will not refund the booking amount if anything goes wrong in verification.
