I am looking for the property DRB Sannidhi. Can you provide your email id for me to reach you. I have the following concerns, based on the review i have read:

1. What is the status of property : are the plots having A Khata or not?

2. Is there a BBMP approval? If not, what does it mean to buyers?

3. At the far side of the layout, i observed a Nala and stinking smell. Is there a nearby lake where it gets discharged? Is the smell limited to far end or observed at the plots near the entrance?

4. Has anybody done registration? May i get the indicative price?

5. How are the property papers – did anyone consult a lawyer?

6. Wikimapia shows a cemetery next to it. Is it functioning cemetery or defunct/private cemetery? How does it impact this layout?

7. How is it relatively priced compared to surrounding properties?

Is there any other issue pro/con that i should be aware of?
