After 10 yrs we see another news, BBMP clearing the encroches and demolishing houses built by Purva, and hundreds of loser customers will be homeless all of sudden.
For sure BBMP will not try anything to stop these encroachments before purva sells of all units to innocent buyers.
not sure for whom puruvankara is building projects ? limosine, water world, water park – When people in india do not have money to buy an alto and drinking water..
It doesnt matter who will buy or who will live in it, on papers this property will be appreciated. each unit will have value of 10 crores after few years, and it is exactly like Satyam Raju or Meryl lynch’s case, only difference is size of scam.
This project is the same as Purva Sunflower, renamed and relaunched/pre-launched at the same price current price of 7999/- @ Sunflower. Why is Purva indulging in this relaunching spree, I see this happening for so many projects.
Before buying please check with buyers of Purva/Provident. Horrible construction quality which has deteriorated over the past few years.

But it didn’t make any difference to the price sunny. Purva is confident that there will be takers for this. Construction quality will be better than B grade builders.
What is happening to this project ? Forum seems dead…I guess there are no takers for limousines…people are happy with good quality, affordable, value for money Suzuki cars..:)
They are being honest. Like Limousines, it will be leaky, need frequent maintenance, have features that you may never use and of course, cost a bomb. Wonder what the size of a car park in these Limousine homes is going to be 🙂
Obviously, size of car parking has to be big enough to park a Limousine.
BTW, what’s the land cost there? How much it will cost for a 10×8 land to park a car?
