Hi I bought a property in Arat Vivera in 2011 . I bought at pre launch offer and looks like project will be completed by 2017. I am not in hurry as I am not in Bangalore now.
they are offering me a investor quota ? Row house at investor quota in Budigere (Bangalore East). This project is next to Pruska Silvana. This project has row house of 1800 sq , 4 BHK and builder is quoting me at 2800 sq ft .Ask price is 60 lakh.initial amount of 16 lakh and after approval 10 lakhs . Approval will take 1 year. Just wanted to check if this deal worth to invest as its a big amount in beginning. This builder is Credai approved . Other investment option is to buy a pre launch apartment in North bangalore .Please suggest.
