Looking for a affordable property in Whitefield of a renowned builder. Although like the Urban Forest Project, but not sure on the price and the taxes they are quoting. Need your views pls.

This property is coming near Hope Farm circle. Alembic group is the one making it. Which also has glass industry in Kadugodi. The project is a bit costly. For 2bhk it is around 75+ lakhs including all. Try to negotiate if possible. The project will be completed in the year 2017. The location is strategic as Metro would be coming in the future!
