Hi, I live in Singapore and no clear plans yet to move to Bangalore. But I am looking for a small apt (studio/1bhk or even 2bkh) for myself to stay when I visit Bangalore once or twice in a year. Later when I move to Bangalore (hopefully) I may continue to live there. So lot of luxury is not my priority but looking for good quality, worth investment which is nearing to complete. I can wait for max 6months. Budget >=40 Lac. Could you please suggest something?
