Adarsh Lakefront review

Hi,
While doing property search I came across the Lakefront project by Adarsh in vicinity of their Palm Retreat project. It seems it is still not officially launched though they have started the construction.
Does anyone have any idea about this Lakefront project? Given the widely known delays in their Palm Retreat condominum project, is this project going to be delayed or has the situation improved now?
What about their quality? They seem to have really good specifications for this project and model flat finish, etc. looked quite good.

Adarsh Properties are good price bracket. It is a great return for our investment. You get a good home to live in, in a grand locality. Compared to other builders the quality of construction is good
I have an Adarsh property in Whitefield and many friends are awestruck with the design and amenities. My friends like to hang out at our place because it feels very cozy. Our property was delayed by 3 months and this is nothing compared to other builders who have delayed by years.

The property market has slowed down and delays are to be expected. But not so with Adarsh as things have been good now a days. Overall the experience till date with many is good. Their response rate is good and construction quality/concept also. Sales/marketing team always clarified our doubts so always felt confident about the project.
